The therapy rooms are accessed by stairs only, so are not accessible for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. Please contact me about online sessions.

By bus:

There are lots of buses as the rooms are in the city centre.  Bus stops on North St or Churchill Square are 5 minutes walk away.

By train:

Brighton railway station is a 10-minute walk away.

By car:

On-street parking is limited. Car parks nearby are: 

• The Lanes Car park.: Black Lion Street, Brighton, BN1 1ND (3 minutes walk) Or

• Churchill Square Car Park - Orange car park (Churchill 1) is located on Regency Road East BN1 2RU (5 minutes walk).

• Green Car Park (Churchill 2) is on Cannon Place, BN1 2FB (9 minutes walk).​​
